Notice from the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on organizing the cultivation and identification of Shandong Provincial Manufacturing Innovation Center in 2024

In order to implement the spirit of the province’s new industrialization promotion conference, deeply implement the innovation-driven development strategy, accelerate the construction of manufacturing innovation centers, and improve the technological innovation system , create an industrial chain collaborative innovation platform, and enhance industrial innovation capabilities. According to the requirements of the "Guidelines for the Construction of Shandong Manufacturing Innovation Center" (Lugong Xinji [2023] No. 150), we are now organizing the 2024 Provincial Manufacturing Innovation Center Cultivation and Identification work. The specific matters are notified as follows:

1. Cultivation work

Provincial Manufacturing Innovation Center It should be based on common technology research and development and achievement transformation, in line with the high-quality development needs of Shandong Province's manufacturing industry and the actual development of industrial innovation. Focusing on the province's traditional industries such as metallurgy, chemical industry, light industry, building materials, textiles and clothing, and machinery, high-end chemicals, automobiles, smart home appliances, industrial machinery, rail transit, offshore engineering equipment, agricultural machinery equipment, high-end aluminum materials, modern food and other advantages industries, new generation information technology, high-end equipment, new energy and new materials, modern medicine, green environmental protection, new energy vehicles, low-altitude economy, safety emergency equipment, maglev and other emerging industries, as well as the metaverse, artificial intelligence, life sciences, future networks, Quantum technology, humanoidrobot, deep sea, aerospace and other future industries. Encourage qualified leading enterprises in relevant fields to take the lead in establishing provincial manufacturing innovation centers.

2. Identification work

For innovation centers that have been included in the cultivation and have completed the construction goals and tasks and met the acceptance conditions, After passing the preliminary review by the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, you can apply for acceptance at any time. After passing the acceptance inspection, it will be officially recognized as the provincial manufacturing innovation center.

3. Relevant requirements

All municipal industry and information technology bureaus are requested to follow the "Shandong Province Manufacturing Innovation Center Construction Work Guide" (Lu Gong Xinji [2023〕No. 150) requires supporting and encouraging qualified enterprises and units to take the lead in establishing provincial manufacturing innovation centers. For those who meet the cultivation conditions, recommendations and attached construction plans (a hard copy) should be submitted to the Science and Technology Department of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology before June 30.
