China's first offshore oil reservoir modified gas storage ends current round of gas production

Nanpu No. 1 gas storage is located on Nanbao No. 2 artificial island in Jidong Oilfield. It is the first offshore oil reservoir modified gas storage in China. Pilot tests will be carried out in 2021, and overall construction will begin in 2022. It is currently in the formal database construction stage.

In order to ensure the safety and stable gas production of Nanpu No. 1 gas storage during this round of gas production, Jidong Oilfield made overall plans and carefully deployed, established a gas production operation working group, and based on the production The gas plan is coordinated and linked to implement gas production operation work; it continues to track the conversion of the injection and production process of Nanpu No. 1 gas storage, and urges the grease injection and maintenance of the gas tree valve of Nanpu No. 1 gas storage and the maintenance and debugging of four electric heaters to be completed ahead of schedule; Supervise daily maintenance, coordinate the inspection and maintenance of surface equipment, wellhead equipment, and well control-related equipment, ensure that all types of equipment in the injection and production system are in optimal use, and avoid affecting the gas production plan due to malfunctions. At the same time, based on the production conditions of individual wells, wellhead heating measures are formulated to effectively prevent the formation of hydrates and ensure safe and efficient production.

During the gas production period, Jidong Oilfield strengthened gas production analysis and judgment, highlighted geological data analysis, and timely carried out underground oil and gas water saturation field, pressure field, gas production rate and gas injection during the gas production period. Evaluation of factors affecting the gas production capacity by the drainage and production balance relationship; clarifying the dynamic main control factors affecting gas production capacity, revising the gas production capacity equation, further clarifying the reasonable gas production volume, and rationally formulating gas injection and production operation plans and guiding storage for the next step The efficient construction and operation of gas reservoirs provide a strong guarantee.

In order to adapt to ensuring supply and peak shaving in winter, Jidong Oilfield has formulated a gas production working system and production dynamic forecast data. The oilfield carried out gas production productivity well testing for the first time in Well Ping 1 of the Nanbao 1-29 gas reservoir. By changing the working system of the gas production well, it conducted parameter tests such as production, pressure, temperature, etc., analyzed the characteristics of the oil and gas layers, and determined the productivity equation and unobstructed The flow rate further improves the scientific nature and safety of gas extraction. At the same time, we will pay close attention to ensuring the intrinsic safety of natural gas supply, pay close attention to the identification and inspection of safety risks during the gas production period, promptly discover hidden dangers and rectify all items; strengthen daily safety management and control of gas production wells, continue to track the integrity of sand production monitoring equipment in gas production wells, and monitor Analyze the sand production situation and timely adjust the production conditions of the gas production well based on the on-site erosion conditions to ensure safe production of the wellbore in winter.
