After firing, the product surface becomes The water-effect patterns with changeable shapes, clear textures and natural transitions present artistic effects similar to splash-ink paintings, ink paintings, and antiques. The innovation of technology and products is obvious and has reached the international leading level. It is understood that "Yunshui Raw Stone" has obtained one invention patent ("A porcelain tile and its production method and production line"), and has applied for two new national patents.
This project uses the spray painting water pattern system independently developed by Tianbi Ceramics, which includes a spray device and a mechanical wall smear brush device, which can be used only onceInkjet printing uses micro-powder for secondary fabrication, primary drying and polishing, and the ink bleeds out within 60 seconds using tap water to print water patterns on the surface, which can be perfectly and naturally integrated. Barriers to texture changes that can only be achieved through complex cloth craftsmanship or multi-color inkjet printing enhance the decorative effect of polished tiles.
Natural rough stone - international advanced level< /strong>
The ultra-low gloss "natural stone" porcelain tile project independently developed a surface treatment slurry for ultra-low gloss glaze. Through slurry formula optimization, process control and parameter adjustment, Key technical problems such as surface cracking and brick cracking have been successfully solved. After firing, an ultra-low gloss glaze is formed on the surface of the porcelain tiles. The product has a realistic surface decoration effect, outstanding anti-slip performance, and good anti-fouling and wear resistance. The technical level has reached the international advanced level. It is understood that "Natural Raw Stone" has obtained 1 invention patent ("A porcelain tile and its production method and production line"), and has applied for 1 new invention patent.
The surface treatment slurry used in this project was independently developed by Tianbi Ceramics. It uses high-pressure gunite technology to control the ultra-low gloss glaze distribution effect and closely combine with the fabric layer. Applying surface treatment slurry avoids uneven and excessive thickness of the slurry that affects the pattern and color, ensuring the decoration while saving raw materials and costs. Not only does the glossiness of the brick surface not exceed 3 gloss units, but also due to the practicality of ordinary polished tiles, the Mohs hardness of this series of products is as high as 6, the stain resistance reaches 5, the anti-skid reaches R11, and the wear resistance is Only 106-113mm3.
